Mr. Luthra brings more than two decades of senior operating and commercial leadership across industrial technology, energy services, and infrastructure. Prior to founding Ironbark Partners, he served as Chief Commercial Officer of Integrated Water Services, a Sciens Capital portfolio company, where he led commercial strategy and sales transformation.

Before that, Mr. Luthra held a series of progressively senior roles at MOGAS Industries, culminating in his appointment as the company's inaugural Chief Commercial Officer. In that capacity, he oversaw a global commercial organization spanning 40 countries, with responsibility for revenue growth, enterprise value creation, and strategic planning. Under his leadership, the company achieved record bookings across four consecutive years and a sixfold increase in net income, performance that was central to its $305 million acquisition. Mr. Luthra played a pivotal role in that transaction, leading banker selection, preparation of the Confidential Information Memorandum and market study, management and buyer presentations, due diligence, and integration planning.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Luthra held senior marketing and product leadership roles at Shawcor Composite Production Systems, where he managed a $125 million global product line, led M&A integration, and oversaw market analysis, product commercialization, and investor communications across a publicly traded energy services company.

He founded Ironbark Partners to bring that same operational rigor and commercial discipline earned across boardrooms, deal tables, and global markets, to bear on behalf of the founders and families he now serves as a partner.

Mr. Luthra holds an M.B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin, McCombs School of Business, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Thapar University.
